BOOK DIVINE DESIGN
At Divine Design Balloons and Events, we take pride in everything we do. Although our industry has changed immensely over time, there are some things that remain constant such as our attention to detail, the quality of our event items and our care for those who book with us. Each Ballon and Event design is made to have a motion and flow that brings each event to life. POLICIES
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENTS REFUNDS
We require 50% of your total as a deposit. All deposits and final payments are non-refundable.Final payment is due one week before your install date. If final payment is not rendered, you will forfeit your deposit and your install will not be delivered.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your order, you must submit your cancellation in writing (email is permitted) a full (5) business days before the day of your install.If you do not adhere to this cancellation policy, the full invoice amount will be due the day of your planned install
WEATHER CLAUSE
In the event that the weather becomes an issue for your event, client’s may have a “raincheck” if they contact Divine Design 36 hours prior to their install. Should a client not have an alternative weather plan on file and does not contact Divine Design 36 hours prior, full payment for the project will be due.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS FEE
A damage/missing fee will be accessed for all rentals and refunded one business day after each rental once items rented are confirmed returned in same condition as received. If items are not returned in the same condition as received Divine Design will send client a photo of the damaged or missing item and the fee will not be returned to client.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
All photos and videos taken of styling in homes and venues remain the intellectual property of Divine Design by Danielle and maybe showcased on several social media streams for marketing purpose. Upon the completion of the contract, the client agrees to the exclusive use of this material by Divine Design by Danielle unless otherwise requested prior to signing this contract.
